I want to praise you on your over all product, service and
performance. We have ordered lobster and seafood from you twice in the last 30
to 40 days. The lobster are fresh, sweet, and half cooked to
perfection( because you have to ship to Hawaii they are half cooked). Cook them
6 more minutes or so and then are perfect and delicious. We used to bring
lobsters to Hawaii each year for 8 years , but the rules have changed with
Hawaii being too extreme on the contamination aspect, so we had to find a viable
way to do it, and have them be as best as possible. You people are quick and
efficient with your orders and that counts with freshness. While I realize 250
to 300 dollar orders are not a lot of money these days. the freshness and
shipping time are very important. This is where you excel hands down. Yours
staff is bright , competent, cheerful etc. You also seem to have the best prices
overall after one moves thru the maze of online price/shipping
