Maine lobster is the first ingredient, straight from Portland. All-natural
vegetable & lobster stocks simmered with minced lobster, sweet potatoes
& red onion. Puréed then finished with chunks of Maine lobster claws, heavy
cream, butter & sherry.

Each small batch is hand made at Hurricane's federally inspected
kitchen in central Maine. All of thier soups and chowders are fresh and
never frozen. All soups are made with the freshest ingredients
available and contain no preservatives, no MSG added, no artificial
ingredients and 0g trans fat per serving.
24-ounce serving size per container. Each serving comes fresh and individually packaged (packaging may vary). Easy heating instructions! (Especially if you're already cooking up some Lobsters!) Drop pouch into boiling water for 5 - 7 minutes, pour into a serving bowl, and enjoy!
