 After adding your items to your Shopping Bag, you can enter the shipping Zip Code in the Calculate Shipping box and click the blue Go! button to get an estimate on your shipping charges.
If you need to add or remove items, please do so before clicking the blue Proceed to Checkout button.
Once you are on the One Page Checkout page:

If you have created an account on this website format (not our old website) you can log in to retrieve saved information from a previous order. If you would like to create an account, you are able to do so after filling in your Billing Information.

-Please enter the Billing Address your Credit Card company or PayPal have on file, and be sure to enter a good Daytime Phone Number where you can be reached in case of billing questions. If we have issues with your credit card or the shipping address and cannot reach you, your order will not ship until those issues are resolved. -Uncheck the box for Same as Billing if the Shipping Address is not the same as the Billing Address! Please provide a good Daytime Phone Number for the recipient in case UPS has delivery questions! -By providing your email address you will receive Order Updates (Received, Processing, any changes, and Shipped) and you will also receive an email from UPS with the tracking information (including a note from us with the actual total if billed to a credit card).
 -After entering all necessary information, the page will automatically refresh itself to reflect the shipping charges and Order Total- please remember this is an estimate! Three Sons manually charges your credit card in our store, so we are able to make any adjustments to the shipping cost and charge the actual weight of Lobsters, instead of the per Lobster price. If the price changes and your grand total will be more than $10 over what the website quotes you, we will call you to make sure it is still OK to proceed with your order. Otherwise, expect your actual total to be less than what the website quotes you.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Three Sons Lobster & Fish accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express, and Gift Certificates issued from Three Sons Lobster & Fish.
Please keep in mind that if you enter your information for one payment method and switch to another payment method, the previous information you entered will not be visible by us! The only payment method we will see is the one selected when you click the blue Checkout button at the bottom of the page!

PayPal- After completing all Check-Out information (billing and shipping info and answering the additional questions), click
the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the page to pay for your order
using your PayPal account or the PayPal Secure Credit Card payment
gateway. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses on your order are correct- please do not provide this info in your PayPal payment, as we will not see it.

Credit Cards- Enter your credit card information here. The C V V 2 code is located on
the back side of your card near the signature panel (last 3 digits) on Visa, MC or
Discover cards- American Express C V V 2 codes (4 digits) are located in the upper right
hand area on the front of the card. Your card will not be charged until
the package is scheduled to be shipped. -Please double-check the billing address information- if we have problems processing your order and cannot reach you, the package will not be sent until those problems are resolved.

Please Call Me!- Choose this option if you have questions before officially placing your
order, or want to redeem a Gift Certificate. Using this shopping cart
form helps us serve you better! Please provide the best daytime phone number to reach you and the best time to call. A Three Sons staff member will contact
you as soon as possible!
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS:
These questions are designed to ensure you know what you are ordering, how to care for what you have ordered, to make sure we know what day to schedule delivery, and also give you an opportunity to read through (and print if necessary) Our Policies page.

-Live Lobsters need to cooked the day they are received- Live Crabs, Steamer Clams and Mussels can be refrigerated for one day after they are received. -Partially-Cooked and Fully-Cooked Lobsters can be refrigerated for one day after they are received. -Fresh Seafoods should be prepared within two days after they are received. If you are sending this package as a Gift, please tell the recipient a Perishable package is arriving and tell them to clear their dinner plans that evening!
Enter your requested delivery date- we are able to ship Monday thru Thursday for delivery Tuesday thru Friday, and Friday for Saturday to select areas. We cannot schedule deliveries for Sunday or Monday.
There is a $18 additional charge for a Saturday delivery- if you are requesting a Saturday delivery, this lets us know that you understand there is an additional charge, and that you are giving consent for us to charge you for it.
Please read Our Policies- and print if you want a copy to read over at any time. Please call us and ask any questions before placing your order if you do not understand or agree to Our Policies.
If someone referred you to our website to place an order, we want to thank them! Please enter their email address.
Is this package a Gift? Enter any Gift Note you would like included in the package! Gift notes are typed using the Lucida Handwriting font and printed on plain white paper and placed neatly inside the box with the Cooking & Eating Instructions, our brochure card and a magnet with our business information. (If this is not a Gift, you still get the instructions, brochure and magnet!)

Anything else we should know about you, your recipient or your order? Do you have your own UPS account number to bill the transportation charges to? Please place this information in the Comments box.
When you have checked over all information entered, click the blue Check Out button! You will receive an email stating we have received your order- if we have any questions, we will call you!
